If so, there is no need to worry. Your payment method will not be charged for your attempted purchase. You may see a pending charge on your statement which will be removed within a few days.
Why was my order canceled?
Your order could not be processed because additional verification of your account details is required. Routine verifications are required to protect consumers and payment card companies and be in compliance with financial regulations.
Will I be charged?
When your order was placed, your payment method was authorized for the purchase amount; this is not a charge. Depending on your payment method, please allow 3-7 business days for this authorization to be reversed. The charge will not be deducted from your account.
Can you reprocess my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to reprocess a canceled order. To proceed with submitting a new order, you can contact our customer support team to have your account reviewed. Account reviews are typically done within an hour or your support request. If your account is approved, you may submit a new order. If we are unable to approve your account, we will not be able to accept future orders from your account or its associated information.
