Haven't received a credit for your purchase?
If you have not yet received credit or been reimbursed for your purchase, we are here to help! First, check the following:
- Your linked card has not expired.
- It has been at least 3 business days since your purchase at the selected merchant.
**You will not be credited when you link your card or "activate" your GiftYa. You will only be credited after you have made a purchase at the selected merchant with your linked card.
- Sign in to your GiftYa account.
- Click on the Where's my Credit tab.
- Select the merchant where you did not receive your credit.
- Enter the date & amount of your purchase and the transaction type.
- Submit the form and view the confirmation of the issued credit.
GiftYa will immediately issue your credit after this form is submitted. You will see confirmation of the amount and card that is being credited. Depending on your bank, it may take 1-3 business days for the credit to be available in your account.
